ABOUT YOU
4-6 years of experience in a customer/client facing administrative HR role
Knowledge of at least one ATS system, Jobvite preferred but not required
Entry-level to mid-level understanding of hiring practices, EEO, and FCRA to help mitigate risk
Superior communication skills
Ability to support leaders at different levels and in different organizational functions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a human resource, administrative related role required.
