Pay: $22/hr | Direct Hire

Description:
Perform mechanical, optical, and electrical/electronic assembly while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Assemble components and install wiring harnesses per schematics
Solder components to IPC standards
Handle materials, track inventory, and maintain quality documentation
Identify and report non-conforming materials

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months manufacturing experience
Proficient with soldering, multi-meters, and assembly tools
Able to read instructions and lift up to 25 lbs
