Associate Scientist – Product Development
Are you ready to dive into hands-on formulation work in a cutting-edge lab environment? We're seeking an Associate Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on developing innovative consumer products.
What You’ll Do:
Design and execute lab experiments to develop and test prototype formulations
Analyze data and propose next steps in the product development process
Collaborate cross-functionally with packaging, process, and manufacturing teams
Conduct performance validation, competitor analysis, and 3rd party testing
Maintain detailed lab records and ensure a safe, organized lab space
What We’re Looking For:
BS in Chemistry (or Associate’s with relevant industry experience)
Experience in consumer product formulation or detergent chemistry a plus
Strong data analysis, documentation, and PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
Commitment to lab safety and cleanliness
