Growing client is recruiting for an Audit Senior Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities;
• Coordinate various planning phases of engagements and ensure work in on schedule
• Review and evaluate work papers, and determine compliance with professional standards and firm policy
• Review reports and financial statements
• Review with the engagement partner significant findings that raise questions involving auditing standards and firm policy
• Understanding of GAAP reporting requirements and ability to perform complex research independently.
• Ability to present findings, ideas to client management or Board-of-Directors/Audit Committees.
• Develop Audit team members through effective delegation and guidance on engagements
• Provide developmental performance feedback to audit team members
• Assist in staff development through recruiting, training, and coaching
Professional and Educational Qualifications
• Six-plus years of audit experience in public accounting experience preferred.
• BS in Accounting, CPA, Masters in Taxation (or working toward it).
• Pro FX (CCH) experience (a plus).
