Join our Digital Services Delivery team and help build leading customer-centric mobile applications! As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze needs, define requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of exceptional digital products. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for digital experiences.

What you'll do:
• Work in a product (scrum) team on key digital initiatives.
• Conduct business and technical analysis, gather user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to business cases, process improvements, and system solutions.
• Participate in ideation sessions and conduct UAT.
• Support release management and provide user support.
• Create reports/dashboards and user training materials.
• Develop communication for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interaction (interviews, workshops, etc.).
• Translate complex processes into clear and actionable requirements.
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog (e.g., in JIRA).
• Prepare test plans/cases and perform testing (System & UAT).
• Support release cycles as a liaison between business and IT.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams.
• Maintain project documentation (process maps, user stories, etc.).
• Support Agile workflows (Sprint reviews, planning, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Digital product experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Skills:
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of business and product performance principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience gathering/refining business requirements.
• Prior team experience and cross-functional knowledge are a plus.
