**Cable Assembler – 6-Month Contract (Poway, CA)**
**Shifts & Pay:**
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $25.96/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $27.26/hr
**Overview:**
Seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to perform electronic and mechanical assemblies, including wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation. The role requires working from detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
**Must Haves:**
• 3+ years of assembly experience
• Hands-on experience with hot tweezers, soldering, calipers, and tape measures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Familiarity with wire lists, soldering, and compression tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work extended hours and obtain a DoD security clearance
Soldering certification preferred.
