What You’ll Do:
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of composite parts used in aerospace systems
• Cut, trim, and sand composite materials to shape
• Perform vacuum bagging, lay-up, and part bonding using adhesives and fasteners
• Help prep and paint composite surfaces with precision
• Operate hand tools and production equipment in a loud, fast-moving shop
• Work safely and follow detailed verbal/written instructions

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Reliable and punctual team players
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
• U.S. Citizenship and High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Experience reading blueprints is a plus, but not required
• This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
