Job Overview:

Kick off the New Year by joining a growing aerospace manufacturing team as a Composite Technician. In this role, you will assist in the fabrication and assembly of composite aircraft components while learning valuable hands-on skills in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare molds and materials for composite lay-up
Cut, trim, drill, sand, and vacuum bag parts per instructions and templates
Assist with composite lay-up, curing, and assembly
Assemble components using adhesives, fasteners, and basic hand tools
Apply coatings and perform finishing work as needed
Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude; blueprint reading a plus (training provided)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours if required
