• A strong interest in and understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building principles is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the physical building aspects of construction, including electrical, gas, and water systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, involving trips of up to two weeks per month across Northern California and the Reno, NV area.
• Must be located in the Sacramento or Lodi, CA area.

What We Offer:

• Significant Bonus Potential: 25% annual bonus based on performance.
• Growth and Development: A supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and be mentored by experienced professionals. We are looking for someone we can teach and mold into a future leader.
• Impactful Work: The opportunity to contribute to projects that are shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow, with increasing emphasis on sustainability.
