Job Description:
Seeking a Call Center Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong customer focus, high energy, compassion, dependability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, negotiating solutions, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include providing support in resolving payment and collections issues, addressing customer inquiries, and initiating necessary service requests.

Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, including technical sales/support, phone, or in-person sales/support.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve challenging customer interactions while maintaining composure and demonstrating respect.
• Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume of customer inquiries on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in managing confidential customer information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize shifting priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing high call volumes.
