Our client is looking for an EIT (Enterprise Integration Technology) Project Manager to join their team in the health insurance space, for the next 4-6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion. This position will support the ePMO by completing work assignments and deliverables, keeping to quality standards and prescribed time frames.
Location: REMOTE
Contract: 4-6 months
Hourly Rate: up to $52/hr.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required ("equivalent experience" is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology environment.)
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a Healthcare and/or IT setting
- PMP, CAMP, and/or PMI-PBA certification is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform a plus.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required; Business Analyst background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with and track proposal / project activities and progress, which may include information gathering and preparing project documentation
- Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools
- Facilitate meeting setup, take meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-up
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and solution opportunities
- Provide support in monitoring projects, identifying risks and forming mitigation strategies
