AllSTEM Connections is looking for an IT Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract onsite in Topeka, KS.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in Information Systems or related Business field (i.e., business analytics, computer systems or information technology).
Three years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, Project Manager, or IT Manager.
A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.?

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to translate business needs into high level functional and detailed system requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for effective communication with clients and project team members.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Experience gathering and documenting project requirements.
General knowledge of IT methodologies and IT procedures.
Experience in developing use cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
Ability to effectively define, document, and manage processes.
Ability to implement process improvements.
