Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a long-term contract opportunity in Southside Atlanta? We're seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to help manage and maintain our essential IT systems across various business environments.

In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of operational support and IT infrastructure requests. This includes performing installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for IT infrastructure within office settings, reservation centers, and airport locations.

This is a long term contract position, fully on-site on the South side of Atlanta, GA paying up to $29/hr depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
• Physically relocate IT infrastructure devices such as PC workstations, peripheral devices, phones, network routers, and airport devices, as specified in service requests.
• Perform upgrade services, including adding to or changing workgroup computers, peripherals, or software, as detailed in service requests.
• Communicate effectively with the Field Planning and Project Management organization, which may involve conducting research, providing input for work orders, and occasionally assisting with site surveys.

Background Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support and IMAC requests.
• Strong technical skills related to PC workstations, peripherals, and network devices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
