Interior Design Manager – Hybrid Orlando, FL
$45/hr. 6-12 Month Contract (Potential Extensions)

We’re seeking an Interior Design Manager to oversee Strategic Development’s interior design consultants and ensure top-tier results. This hybrid role (onsite three days a week) offers an opportunity to drive innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program or equivalent (preferred).
? Experience: 6-8 years of progressive responsibility in hospitality or commercial design; renovation experience preferred.
? Leadership: Ability to supervise and guide design teams throughout the project lifespan.
? Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction management, budget interpretation, and contract documentation.
? Software Proficiency:
- Revit or AutoCAD (required)
- Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
- Microsoft Suite
- Specification writing software (desired)
? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction terminology, codes and life safety, reserve programs, and project delivery from concept to closeout.
? Communication: Exemplary written and oral communication skills—this role depends on them!
