- Responsibilities
Engineer and automate WebSphere ND/Base and Liberty environments
Develop Ansible playbooks and automation workflows
Design secure, high-availability middleware architectures
Deploy and manage middleware in Linux and containerized environments (Podman, OpenShift)
Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to architectural documentation
Present technical solutions using Excel and PowerPoint

- Qualifications
Required:
5 to 10+ years in middleware engineering
Expertise in WebSphere ND/Base and Liberty (installation, configuration, debugging)
Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell) and Java programming
Experience with Ansible, Ansible Tower, and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of certificate management and middleware security
Must be located within 50 miles of one of the following: Richmond, VA | Dallas, TX | Atlanta, GA | Charlotte, NC

- Preferred:
Experience with JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, NGINX
Familiarity with container engineering and deployment
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
