We're looking for a talent acquisition pro to join our client's HR team!

The Details:
• Duration: 6 months contract
• Pay: up to $30/hr
• Location: 100% Remote for the full assignment.

• Bonus Points: Experience with Workday is a major plus!

What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):
• Bilingual Fluency (Non-Negotiable): You must be Fluent in Canadian French and English (written and spoken). Absolutely no exceptions!
• Proof of Manufacturing Focus: A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience where your resume explicitly details the types of manufacturing roles you recruited for within the last 5 years. (e.g., Production, Quality Control, Maintenance). Experience recruiting for IT or Engineering roles at an industrial client is not sufficient.
• Recruitment Mastery: You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing key roles like production, quality control, and maintenance positions.
