You will play a critical role in enhancing our marketing processes by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ampscript, and SQL. This role involves both strategic and hands-on work, including designing custom email templates, managing automated workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including configuration and setup to align with business objectives.
• Ampscript Development: Utilize Ampscript to create customized and personalized email and SMS communications.
• SQL Management: Write and manage SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and audience segmentation.
• Custom Templates & Automation: Design and build custom templates and automated workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline marketing processes.
• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-cycle implementations, from planning to execution of Marketing Cloud components.
• Building Blocks: Develop data models, data extensions, and other foundational elements for effective marketing automation.
• Product Integration: Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• API Integration: Work with APIs to enhance Marketing Cloud capabilities, enabling advanced data sync and marketing features.

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years of experience designing, administering, and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing solutions.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of integrating and leveraging the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package within the Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Proficiency in building custom email templates, dynamic emails, and customer journeys using tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Cloud Pages.
• Implementation: Experience in setting up, customizing, and developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related app implementations. Must be able to explain relevant past experience and best practices related to Salesforce.
• Technical Skills: Ability to understand Salesforce code and perform hands-on SQL builds, including querying and parsing data.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Database Experience: Familiarity with database and data models, including understanding data relationships for audience targeting.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred but not required).
• Coding Background: Experience in coding or a background in software development.
