We’re looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Data & Technology Analyst to architect and optimize our core marketing systems. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our marketing data warehouse, identity management, and customer data platforms. Your expertise in marketing data and technology will drive a data-first approach, creating a unified customer view that fuels impactful marketing strategies across all channels.

Location: Orlando, FL (hybrid)
Pay: $40 - $50/hr (DOE)
Duration: Long term contract

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on delivering value.
• A strong interest in understanding customer and business dynamics through data.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Deep experience with a leading marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred) or big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, AWS).
• Mastery of SQL and at least one other scripting or 4GL language.
• Hands-on experience with CRM setup and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven ability to implement data integrations using APIs, webhooks, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Familiarity with data flow and system diagramming tools.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT or technical business function.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) with SQL and database management/modeling.

Valuable Skills:
• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Practical knowledge of API integration with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager for data tracking.
• Solid understanding of CRM analytics and marketing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
• Experience with various marketing technology platforms.
