Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and mobile app user growth. This role will focus on optimizing our digital presence, executing targeted paid media campaigns, and developing an experiential event strategy. You will play a key role in improving marketing efficiency, increasing conversion rates, and driving customer acquisition through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities include the following:
Paid Media & Brand:
- Lead performance creative ideation and oversee the testing process, reporting results.
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (mobile app and website) through SEM, social media, display ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic.
- Manage campaign budgets to reach KPIs while optimizing CAC.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to achieve acquisition goals, including optimizing product listings and tracking performance metrics.
- Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Use analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across all channels.
- Work with creative agencies to ensure on-brand, high-performing creative content.
- Lead and refine internal processes, and iterate on channel strategies.
- Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and analysis.
Events:
- Develop and execute the ongoing event strategy, managing sponsorship logistics, pre-show campaigns, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.
- Handle administrative tasks for events, maintaining calendars and reports.
Team-Oriented:
- Collaborate with product, tech, and ops teams.
- Support and engage in company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in performance marketing, mobile apps, and consumer engagement.
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads) and managing ad networks.
- Familiarity with SEO and mobile attribution tools.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking integrations.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on driving KPI and ROI results.
- 3+ years of event or field marketing experience is a plus.
- SaaS/tech or B2C marketing experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
