This Site Coordinator Position Features:
Site Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations at a solo-person site, ensuring the efficient performance of contracted office services, including but not limited to Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services.
• Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment, while managing the day-to-day functions of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
• Handle formal customer interactions daily, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence programs effectively to meet and exceed service level agreements.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness by efficiently utilizing company materials and supplies, contributing to overall profitability.
• Perform routine functions such as creating and completing work orders, monitoring contractors, conducting inspections, reporting facility-related issues, and supporting additional tasks as required.
• Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
• Manage office-supply inventory, including re-ordering as needed.
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and manage A/V equipment resources.
• Maintain positive internal working relationships with all department employees through professional communication and collaboration.
• Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including preparing monthly reports with support from assigned leadership.
• Ensure all financial responsibilities are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• At least 1 year of customer-facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Ability to think tactically and solve moderate problems.
• Basic customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Basic technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to small groups effectively.
