Qualifications:
• REQUIRED experience w/ EPCMV Bio/Pharma Projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Cost Engineering /Project Controls 20+ years of experience w/ EPCMV Bio/Pharma Projects, Earn Value Management, Change Management and Risk Management
• Advanced Excel Skills
• High degree of Emotional Intelligence, team player mentality, coachable and analytical ability
• EcoSys, Oracle Unifier, EPCMV project life cycle experience (home office & field construction)
• Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules
• Experience with Preparing and maintain Total Installed Cost Reports (subcontractor and vendor commitments, expended, and forecast final)
Responsibilities:
• Building and maintain Primavera P6 schedules
• Prepare and maintain the Total Installed Cost Report
• Leading a team of 4 people
• Leading the Cost review meeting of the financial status of the project with the client
• Work with a multi-disciplined group (Engineering and Construction) to determine the EAC, the efficiency of both cost (CPI) and schedule (SPI), highlight the potential risk(s) to completion and their financial impact
• Cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis, variance analysis, earned value
• Working with subcontractors, vendors and superintendents to understand WIP and forecast to complete
• Understands Accounting Standard Codification 606 and how it impacts the reporting of the projects margin
• Knowledge of Engineering and Construction techniques and their costs impacts
• Implementing and evaluating earned value on projects to track progress in engineering and field construction projects
• Track the subcontractor and vendor commitments, expended and forecast at completion
