We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Tax Analyst in Newark, DE. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a strong foundation in tax documentation and reporting, especially those familiar with CRS, FATCA, and Forms W-8/W-9.



Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid Currently 3 days/week onsite)

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM

Recent graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have at least 6 months of internship or practical experience in tax or financial reporting.



Key Responsibilities

Review and validate tax/Common Reporting Standards (CRS) information reporting Self-Certification forms for accuracy, completeness, and consistency against firm’s records
Knowledge tax certification Form W-8/W-9/CRS Self-Certification
Outreach to Client Service teams to solicit missing or amended Self-certifications when applicable
Communication skills and ability to advise why documents may be deemed invalid or incomplete and what is needed to correct or cure
Create and/or maintain CRS tax profiles in firm system housing party information
Data input and processing skills
Manage metrics regarding the status of the project, volumes, information to support review, etc.
