In this on-site role, you'll be instrumental in guiding the strategy, quality, and growth of our UX design practice. You'll lead a team of UX Designers, champion user-centered design, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.

What you'll do:
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to UX Designers, conduct performance reviews, and support their career growth. Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• UX Execution & Quality Oversight: Review and provide initial approval for UX deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, etc.), ensuring high quality and consistency. Clearly communicate progress and design rationale to department leaders. Ensure UX solutions adhere to best practices in usability, accessibility, and brand standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate UX insights and designs into the product development lifecycle.
• Process Improvement & Strategy Contribution: Clearly communicate UX workflows and processes to the team and cross-functional partners, drive their adoption, and continuously refine them based on feedback. Support UX leadership in defining team goals and priorities. Advocate passionately for user-centered design principles and the importance of user research.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.

Minimum Experience:
• 6-9 years of proven experience in UX design, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

Other Job-Specific Skills:
• Deep understanding of design and research methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring UX professionals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity and experience working within Agile development processes.
