You'll have the opportunity to work independently on exciting design initiatives, leveraging research and best practices to create seamless user journeys. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align user needs with business goals.
What you'll do:
• Drive UX design efforts on mid-sized projects, ensuring consistent and user-friendly experience across all platforms.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to effectively communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Conduct thorough experience audits and competitive/comparative analyses to ensure design proposals meet market expectations.
• Develop and refine clear and effective information architecture and user flows.
• Actively participate in and occasionally lead constructive design critiques and stakeholder review sessions.
• Champion and advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Work in close partnership with product teams and developers to understand product goals, requirements, and constraints, ensuring accurate design implementation.
• Contribute to UX strategy development and support the evolution of our design system.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
Minimum Experience:
• 4-7 years of proven experience in UX design.
Other Job-Specific Skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working effectively within an Agile development process.
• Strong ability to strategically balance user needs with overarching business objectives.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles.
